MyFitnessPal tells me that some my work friends have left me all alone:

  • Coworker 1: Last login 4 days ago
  • Coworker 2: Last login 10 days ago
  • Coworker 3: Last login 22 days ago
Do you have work or local friends you are on MFP with? Have they abandoned the app during the hectic vacations and holidays of the summer? Tell them that you miss them. Tell them that MyFitnessPal works on iPhone, iPad, Android phones, AND PCs. Plead with them to come back to MyFitnessPal. Maybe with a pretty please and some sad puppy dog eyes.

Oh, and let them know that studies show that keeping a food diary can DOUBLE weight loss. Plus there's that whole supportive social aspect, the awesome exercise log, and pretty charts and graphs.

So with the looming US holiday where people eat way too much food from the grill, consume a little too much alcohol, and do a bit too much sitting, now is the BEST time for all of us to be logging our food and activity to help keep us on track!

And if they don't use an app, or use a different one, the arguments still stand. So urge them onto an app, or back on track, and get back to being (weight) losers together!
