That's it. Yoga!

I've been thinking about trying yoga. Having ADHD, it's very difficult for me to calm my mind. In fact, I'm more productive, more creative, and remember more when I am working under the stress of many tasks at once. The closest I can come to true focus on a single thing is when I'm reading - it's the only time my mind is truly calm.

So back to yoga...

A quick Google search turns up pages upon pages of article touting the benefits of yoga, and some of the most common are:
  • Yoga helps a person manage stress.
  • Yoga assists in athletic performance.
  • Yoga results in increased flexibility, muscle tone, and muscle strength.
  • Yoga results in improved breathing techniques.
  • Yoga can help you sleep better.
I think trying yoga would be great for me because it would force me to slow down, be in the moment and be calm.
