July Greatist Challenge: Wall Sits

I like a good challenge (obviously), and it can't hurt to add even more strength training to my routine. I came across this today, and even though I'm 8 days behind, I think I can do it! It gives the weekends off, so I'll start at Day 1 today, and then do wall sits through the weekends until I'm caught up!

Who else wants to do this challenge with me?! :D
