A warning: Do take the tips with a grain of salt. For example, it says to eat small meals often, but research has shown that you don't have to do that. And weighing yourself daily is good for maintenance so you know when you're sliding, but not so good for weight loss as you can get discouraged (I won't be weighing daily once the VA's 82-day plan is over, that's for sure). Always double- and triple-check weight loss tips so that you aren't jumping on a fadwagon or doing anything harmful to your body.
