There are songs that, when I hear them, cause me to move uncontrollably in a flailing some like to call dance. I love to dance. LOVE. LOVELOVELOVE. Not only is dance great exercise, but simply the act of listening to music when working out can help boost your workouts - if you pick the right songs for the activity.
