What kinds of things will you find in this blog in the coming days/months/years?
- Blunt honesty about how I came to be 322 pounds.

- TMI in the form of test results, negative outcomes, or anything else that happens during my weight loss journey, even the negative things which others sometimes politely skip in their blogs.

- Tools that have helped me and that may be able to help you.
- Recipes and exercises that I try ...
- ... and why I do or do not stick with them.
- Whiny posts.
- Triumphant posts.
- Pictures.
- Maybe even vlog entries.
- Posts about my favorite things.
I'll try to bring the humor - after all, what fun is life if you can't have a laugh? I'll try to bring the positivity. All I want from you to let me know in the comments when something touches you, or makes you grin, or helps to motivate you. It's that kind of feedback that is the fuel that keeps my blogging motor running.
And if you're a troll, I just want to make things perfectly clear: This is my house. You have a right to free speech, and I have a right to delete and ban you for it. So comment with respect - even if you disagree - or don't comment at all.
