Controlling Your Cravings
Over the weekend, I had a craving for some Crazy Bread, from Little
Caesar's. I fought it, hard. I paced. I talked to myself ("No, you don't
need it."). I tried to talk myself into something else, but nothing in
the house looked good. I finally decided on going out to McDonald's
(fewer calories than a bag of Crazy Bread), but that the last moment, I
managed to drag the steering wheel towards Subway instead.
Too bad I didn't see this before I went through all of that insane internal monologue. I'm not sure how scientific it is, but it can't hurt to give it a try the next time a craving has a hold!

How do you successfully stave off cravings?
